Does India actually need reservation?

Reservation in India on the basis of caste and tribes which was intended to be boon for the citizens of India turned out to be bane for many. Not only because many people falling under general categories have lost their well-deserved position but also as many innocent people have gone through riots and curfews due to reservation policy. Though there are still few countries who have reservation but none has it like Indian law. On 21st December 1965 International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial discrimination………
